Fitting Guides & Advice

Finding the right bra fit is essential for comfort, support, and confidence. This guide will help you measure yourself properly, understand international sizing, and choose a style that suits your body.

How to Measure Your Bra Size

  1. Wear a Non-Padded Bra

    • A lightly lined or unpadded bra gives the most accurate measurement.
  2. Measure Your Band Size (Underbust)

    • Wrap a measuring tape snugly around your ribcage, just under your bust.
    • Keep it level and snug but not too tight.
    • Round the number to the nearest whole number.
    • If the measurement is 72 cm, your band size is 70 (EU)/32 (US & UK).
  3. Measure Your Bust Size (Overbust)

    • Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
    • Keep the tape level but not too tight.
  4. Find Your Cup Size

    • Subtract your band size from your bust measurement.
    • Use the chart below to find your cup size:
Difference (cm) Cup Size
10-12 cm A
12-14 cm B
14-16 cm C
16-18 cm D
18-20 cm DD/E
20-22 cm F
  1. Determine Your Bra Size
    • Combine your band and cup size (e.g., 90D in EU, 40D in US/UK).

Choosing the Right Bra for Your Shape & Needs

  1. Full-Bust (Large Cup, Smaller Band)

    • Best styles: Full-cup, balconette, underwire
    • Why? Offers better lift, coverage, and shape
  2. Plus-Size (Larger Band, Various Cups)

    • Best styles: Wide-band bras, cushioned straps, full coverage
    • Why? Distributes weight evenly, reduces shoulder strain
  3. Shaping & Support

    • For everyday wear: T-shirt bras or wireless comfort styles
    • For heavy busts: Full-coverage bras with reinforced sides
    • For special occasions: Plunge or balconette styles

Additional Sizing Tips

  • Asian sizing runs small – choose 1-2 sizes up if unsure.
  • If between sizes, choose the larger size for a relaxed fit or the smaller size for a snug fit.
  • Bra bands should fit snug on the loosest hook – they will stretch over time.
