RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At CurvaLuxe, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction while keeping our processes efficient and sustainable.


EASY 30-DAY RETURNS
If you're not completely happy with your curvy lingerie, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. We know that finding the perfect fit is crucial, and we’re committed to working with you to get the right item or a refund.


RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item Condition: Items must be unworn and unwashed. You may try them on to check the fit, but they must remain clean and free of any signs of wear (e.g., deodorant marks, perfume scents).
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and hygiene seals intact. For health and hygiene, returns on undergarments (panties, briefs, bodysuits) are only accepted if the protective liner remains intact and they haven’t been worn directly against your skin. We recommend trying these over your own underwear. Bras and lingerie sets are eligible if they meet these conditions.
  • Final Sale Items: Clearance or final sale items (as noted on the product page) are eligible only for store credit.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  1. Contact Us:
    Email our customer support at support@curvaluxe.net (or use our Contact Us form) with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Include a brief reason (sizing, style, defect, etc.) so we can assist you effectively.

  2. Receive Instructions:
    Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions, including the appropriate shipping address (which may vary by product) and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number if required. Please wait for these instructions before sending anything back.

  3. Pack & Ship:
    Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your invoice or a note with your name, order number, and RMA number. Ship the package using a trackable postal service. (Return shipping costs are typically your responsibility unless the error is on our part.)

  4. Inspection & Resolution:
    Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 2–3 business days. If it meets our conditions, we will proceed with your chosen resolution:

    • Refund: We will issue a refund to your original payment method (or store credit) within 5 business days after inspection. (It may take a few additional days for the refund to post.)
    • Exchange: We will ship the new item (whether a different size or style) as soon as possible and provide a new tracking number. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

FREE EXCHANGES FOR SIZING ISSUES
We understand that sizing can be challenging online. If you need a different size in the same style, we offer one free exchange per item. Simply return the original size following the steps above, and our customer service team will guide you through the process.


DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately (preferably within 7 days of receipt). We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, and you won’t be responsible for return shipping in these cases. We may request a photo of the issue for our records.


PROCESSING TIME
Please allow about 2–3 weeks from the time you mail your return for the entire process (including transit, inspection, and refund/exchange handling). We will keep you updated via email at each stage. If you have any questions about your return’s status, feel free to reach out.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Prepaid return shipping labels are not available for standard returns (except in cases of our error or defective merchandise). Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility. However, if return shipping is prohibitively expensive—especially for international returns—please contact us. We may offer alternative solutions (such as a partial refund or discount code) on a case-by-case basis.


EXCHANGES PROCESS
The simplest method for an exchange is to treat it as a return plus a new purchase: return the original item for a refund, then place a new order for the correct size or style. If you prefer a direct exchange, let us know—we may arrange to ship the replacement while your return is in transit (with proof of shipment). We strive to be flexible and accommodate your needs.


IMPORTANT NOTE ON HYGIENE
For your health and safety, all returned items are thoroughly sanitized and inspected before being restocked. As a result, undergarments are typically not restocked if worn beyond a brief try-on. If an item shows obvious signs of wear, we reserve the right to decline the return and send it back to you.
